Model-specific service page
Servicing your Audi e-tron properly.
Audi e-tron servicing in Brisbane should be based on the exact vehicle, engine or drive system, age, kilometres, service history and current condition. We provide scheduled servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs for Audi e-tron vehicles from our West End workshop.
Our process focuses on inspection and testing before major components are recommended. For routine servicing we use suitable oils, filters, fluids and service procedures for the vehicle specification, and document items that are due now, approaching due or suitable to monitor.
For electric or electrified variants, servicing also considers battery thermal management, high-voltage warning systems, 12-volt battery condition, brake condition, tyres, suspension and other vehicle-specific maintenance items.
What we can inspect and repair
Depending on the exact year, engine, transmission and equipment fitted to your e-tron, workshop services can include scheduled maintenance, warning-light diagnosis, brakes, steering and suspension, cooling-system repairs, electrical testing, air conditioning, transmission servicing, oil and fluid leaks, engine repairs and general mechanical work.
EV and electrified systems
Electric and hybrid variants require attention to more than the traction battery. We consider battery and power-electronics cooling, high-voltage warning messages, 12-volt battery condition, tyres, brakes, suspension, cabin filtration, thermal systems and other service items relevant to the exact vehicle.
Diagnostics before expensive components
When your e-tron has a warning light, drivability concern or intermittent fault, a trouble code is treated as evidence rather than a final diagnosis. Testing may include live data, electrical measurements, road testing, mechanical inspection, pressure or vacuum testing and verification of powers, grounds and signals.
Service history and preventative maintenance
We review the available service history and current condition of the vehicle. Items can then be separated into work due now, maintenance approaching due and issues suitable to monitor. The goal is to keep the car dependable without replacing parts simply because they appear on a generic list.
